I have been buying my bag inserts exclusively here as the quality, the design, and the beauty of these inserts are hard to beat. I have them in all my Hermès bags and I was thrilled to see that the Paisley Framboise is so cute with my Kelly in Tosca 🧡🩷
Absolutely outstanding. The Paisley Gold Picotin insert is impeccably made and fits my Picotin perfectly. It provides just the right amount of structure while preserving the bag’s relaxed silhouette, and the quality is exceptional—from the precise construction to the luxurious materials. It keeps everything organized without adding unnecessary bulk or weight. A thoughtful, beautifully crafted accessory that’s completely elevated my enjoyment of this bag. I also think this particular fabric is versatile and works with my Dune bag, and can see it working beautifully with many other neutral colored leathers. Highly recommend!
Mai Tai’s Picotin 22 pillow insert is beautifully made and fits the bag perfectly. It supports the shape without overstuffing or putting pressure on the leather, so the Picotin keeps its relaxed elegance while avoiding the dreaded collapse during storage. The craftsmanship is exceptional, the materials feel luxurious, and it’s obvious this was designed by someone who truly understands Hermès bags. I have the insert for daytime use and the pillow for when my bag is in storage and between the two I feel confident my bag will be in excellent condition for years. Worth every penny—I wouldn’t store my Picotin without it.
The organizer is beautifully made and fits my Hermès Birkin 30 perfectly. The craftsmanship, quality of the materials, and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. The French Grey color is elegant and the organizer provides excellent structure while preserving the natural shape of the bag.
What truly sets MaiTai apart, however, is Tai's customer service. My original shipment was unfortunately misdelivered by DHL, something completely outside of her control. Throughout the entire process, Tai was kind, responsive, patient, and genuinely cared about making things right. Rather than asking me to wait indefinitely while DHL completed its investigation, she sent a replacement at her own expense.
It is rare to find a business owner who stands behind both her products and her customers the way Tai does. Although the shipping issue was frustrating, the way she handled it turned me into a customer for life.
I absolutely love my organizer and would not hesitate to purchase from MaiTai Collection again.
I am thrilled with my latest Mai Tai Collection Birkin 35 insert!! I had a hard time deciding which color to compliment my Orange Birkin and decided on the Wild Geese. The insert is a beautiful compliment to the B35 and I love it!! I own several MT inserts and each have worked beautifully through the years-they seem to show no wear at all. The craftsmanship is simply stunnning. My hobby is machine embroidery and I couldn’t even come close to the quality of the work on these inserts nor the quality of the fabric MT chooses. This is an insert for a special fauve alligator Birkin that I fell in love with. When I bought the bag, I knew I needed to order a MaiTai insert immediately. A perfect fit for my Kelly 28. This is a bag that did not have a good insert for a long time. But when I replaced the insert I had, the bag just looked better inside and outside. MaiTai inserts allow the sides of the bag to fold as they should, It makes such a HUGE difference. Thank you Tai! All your help is appreciated.
