Dispatch Time

All in-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 business days of placing your order.

Orders placed Friday through Sunday ship the following Monday.

United States

  • Free DHL Express delivery
  • Import duties and taxes are prepaid.
  • No additional charges on delivery.

France & Monaco

  • Free standard Colissimo shipping
  • DHL Express available at checkout

International Orders

  • Free standard postal shipping in most countries worldwide.
  • DHL Express is available at checkout for all destinations.
  • Available shipping options and delivery times are shown at checkout.
  • For countries where postal delivery is unavailable, we ship with DHL Express at cost.

Non-EU Destinations — Import Duties & Taxes

Your country may impose import duties, VAT, tariffs, or other taxes.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are payable upon delivery, with the exception of the United States, where import duties and taxes are prepaid and included.

Tip: If you are unsure about potential import fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before placing your order.

Countries We Don’t Ship To

If your country is not listed in the drop-down menu at checkout, we do not currently ship there.
