Perfect liner again. I just love the maitai liner. They are so beautifully made and you not only see but feel the quality. The diamond detail stitching is probably overlooked but not by me.
Da die Picotin 22 eine sehr weiche Tasche ist, habe ich hier diesen wunderschönen Einsatz mit dem Wildgänsen bestellt. Er passt zu meiner Farbe beige marfa ausgezeichnet, und ich finde, die Tasche wird so viel schöner, stabiler, runder und irgendwie optisch auch deutlich hochwertiger, weil sie einfach nicht mehr so zusammenfällt. Da die Picotin kein Innenfutter hat, ist der Einsatz auch ein wunderbarer Schutz für das empfindliche Leder. Ich bin extrem zufrieden und freue mich schon auf die nächsten Einsätze, die ich hier ganz sicher bestellen werde! Ich habe noch ein Bild der Tasche beigefügt, der Einsatz ist innen und macht völlig unaufdringlich die Tasche viel schöner durch die gute Form die er gibt.

I’m updating my original review as the organiser arrived later than anticipated.
The quality of the organiser is great, and it fits perfectly. It’s slightly stiffer than I expected, although this may actually be beneficial in helping the bag maintain its shape over time. Delivery did take longer than anticipated, but overall, I’m very happy with the organiser.
Wunderbar elegant! Ich habe diese wunderschönen Inserts entdeckt und für meine Birkin 30 gekauft - ein „perfekt Match“! Die Farbkombination ist sehr harmonisch, die Verarbeitung excellent und die Passform fantastisch. Paisley gold passt perfekt zu gold, aber sieht auch sehr gut zu schwarz aus. Auf dem 1.Bild sieht man noch diese typische Beule nach innen auf der Front, das verschwindet mit dem Insert komplett. Ich bin sehr zufrieden!

The craftsmanship of the insert is absolutely exceptional. It is beautifully made and truly a pleasure to look at. If you’re looking for premium quality and service, MaiTai will not disappoint!
The service I received from Tai was second to none. She was incredibly patient, thoughtful, and clear in answering every question I had. If I could order custom inserts from MaiTai for all of my bags, I absolutely would! Unfortunately, the atelier does not currently custom-make inserts for bags that aren’t already on their list. That said, Tai went above and beyond to help me find the most suitable insert based on the existing designs available.
I couldn’t be happier with my insert, it fits perfectly! In fact, I was so impressed that I ordered another one without hesitation.
I don’t often write reviews, but this atelier is absolutely deserving of one. Ordinarily, the edge of the insert sits flush against the inside of the bag, but in this photo, I’ve pushed it back to show the exterior of the insert. It is simply gorgeous!

Für meine 28 Jypsiere in Etoupe habe ich mich für einen Einsatz in braun beige entschieden und ich muss sagen, die Farbkombination ist einfach der Hammer. Es ist ein Kelly 28 Sellier Einsatz und damit bekommt die Jypsiere hier auch endlich etwas Stabilität, die ihr ja doch nach längerem Tragen ziemlich fehlt. Wunderschön für meine Picotin! Endlich ist die Tasche vernünftig stabil, ohne zu fest zu sein. Diese tollen Einsätze machen einfach so viel her. Die Tasche wird noch wertiger. Absolut großartig! Ich habe bereits 2014 bei Mai Tai einen Einsatz für eine Birkin 35 gekauft, der heute noch wie neu ist und fast im Dauereinsatz. Die Qualität und die Verarbeitung ist herausragend, aber besonders schön finde ich die neuen Modelle mit den wunderschönen Mustern und Farben. Ich bin so froh, dass ich wieder ein paar neue Einsätze bestellt hab. Es macht mir so viel Freude, sie auszuprobieren und sie passen grundsätzlich perfekt. Für meine Kelly in Nata habe ich mich für eine besonders knallige Farbzusammenstellung entschieden aber mir persönlich gefällt es großartig. Auch die Freundlichkeit bei den Mails möchte ich besonders hervorheben, der Versand ist sehr schnell. Ich bin rund um zufrieden und plane schon den nächsten Kauf.

Mai Tai’s Picotin 22 pillow insert is beautifully made and fits the bag perfectly. It supports the shape without overstuffing or putting pressure on the leather, so the Picotin keeps its relaxed elegance while avoiding the dreaded collapse during storage. The craftsmanship is exceptional, the materials feel luxurious, and it’s obvious this was designed by someone who truly understands Hermès bags. I have the insert for daytime use and the pillow for when my bag is in storage and between the two I feel confident my bag will be in excellent condition for years. The organizer is beautifully made and fits my Hermès Birkin 30 perfectly. The craftsmanship, quality of the materials, and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. The French Grey color is elegant and the organizer provides excellent structure while preserving the natural shape of the bag.
What truly sets MaiTai apart, however, is Tai's customer service. My original shipment was unfortunately misdelivered by DHL, something completely outside of her control. Throughout the entire process, Tai was kind, responsive, patient, and genuinely cared about making things right. Rather than asking me to wait indefinitely while DHL completed its investigation, she sent a replacement at her own expense.
It is rare to find a business owner who stands behind both her products and her customers the way Tai does. Although the shipping issue was frustrating, the way she handled it turned me into a customer for life.
I absolutely love my organizer and would not hesitate to purchase from MaiTai Collection again.

I am thrilled with my latest Mai Tai Collection Birkin 35 insert!! I had a hard time deciding which color to compliment my Orange Birkin and decided on the Wild Geese. The insert is a beautiful compliment to the B35 and I love it!! I own several MT inserts and each have worked beautifully through the years-they seem to show no wear at all. The craftsmanship is simply stunnning. My hobby is machine embroidery and I couldn’t even come close to the quality of the work on these inserts nor the quality of the fabric MT chooses.
