The organizer is beautifully made and fits my Hermès Birkin 30 perfectly. The craftsmanship, quality of the materials, and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. The French Grey color is elegant and the organizer provides excellent structure while preserving the natural shape of the bag.
What truly sets MaiTai apart, however, is Tai's customer service. My original shipment was unfortunately misdelivered by DHL, something completely outside of her control. Throughout the entire process, Tai was kind, responsive, patient, and genuinely cared about making things right. Rather than asking me to wait indefinitely while DHL completed its investigation, she sent a replacement at her own expense.
It is rare to find a business owner who stands behind both her products and her customers the way Tai does. Although the shipping issue was frustrating, the way she handled it turned me into a customer for life.
I absolutely love my organizer and would not hesitate to purchase from MaiTai Collection again.

I am thrilled with my latest Mai Tai Collection Birkin 35 insert!! I had a hard time deciding which color to compliment my Orange Birkin and decided on the Wild Geese. The insert is a beautiful compliment to the B35 and I love it!! I own several MT inserts and each have worked beautifully through the years-they seem to show no wear at all. The craftsmanship is simply stunnning. My hobby is machine embroidery and I couldn’t even come close to the quality of the work on these inserts nor the quality of the fabric MT chooses. Here are a few photos to illustrate how beautiful the insert looks with the bag!!

A perfect fit for my Kelly 28. This is a bag that did not have a good insert for a long time. But when I replaced the insert I had, the bag just looked better inside and outside. MaiTai inserts allow the sides of the bag to fold as they should, It makes such a HUGE difference. Thank you Tai! All your help is appreciated.

This Battenburg Rose is stunning! In fact, all my MaiTai inserts are the absolute best bag inserts--HANDS DOWN! I can't believe it took me all this time to find them!
